Cuisine and hospitality are our passion,
our roots are spread a bit all over the world including this area of natural beauty, the Canavese; from here we take advantage and inspirations for our dishes using fresh local ingredients, adding our gastronomic experiences in Italian and Dutch kitchens.

The concept we are proposing to our guests it is a modern and fresh fusion.
Local and seasonal ingredients blended with flavours, spices together by using culinaire techniques from all over the world, a combination for a degustation (and surprise) menu’. To give some choice and variety, we make our guests choose between: – Menu’ 35,- p.p. fingerfood and 4 courses, – Menu’ 45,- p.p. fingerfood and 5 courses. To complete the experience next to the menu’, we propose a drink card with choices of wines local produced from friends, or particular wines including as well some products with a nice memory to share, as long with the beers, vermouth or other liquors.
